Instructions

All products shipped to PanurgyOEM must have a SRA number. Please package appropriately.

In Warranty

We require a valid proof of purchase (POP) that falls within the Denon warranty period. Please include both the POP and the hard copy form with your repair. You can view warranty terms and conditions by choosing the type of warranty that applies to your unit:            

Out Of Warranty

The non-refundable out of warranty repair evaluation fee is $65 (plus tax, if applicable). This $65 fee must be paid prior to evaluation. This evaluation fee covers diagnosis & estimation of parts and labor costs only; it is not the total cost of the repair. If the estimate is approved, the $65 evaluation fee will be applied to the repair cost of your unit.

Headphone Repair

Headphones should be "Over the ear". The estimate fee for headphones is $29 (plus shipping and any tax) and if approved, will be applied to the repair of your unit. For earbuds, please contact customer service at 973-625-4056 x200.
