Instructions

An SRA Request Form must accompany your unit. Please fill the form out completely and include it with your box. PanurgyOEM requires that all products shipped to our facility have an SRA number. Please package your unit appropriately.

Out Of Warranty

The non-refundable out of warranty repair evaluation fee is $80 (plus tax, if applicable). This $80 fee must be paid prior to evaluation. This evaluation fee covers diagnosis & estimation of parts and labor costs only; it is not the total cost of the repair. If the estimate is approved, the $80 evaluation fee will be applied to the repair cost of your unit.
